The Beaver Pool House served its community for over 100 years and was originally constructed during President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s New Deal era. Located in Beaver’s Shaw Park, the pool was a beloved gathering place for generations of residents. However, as the cost to maintain the aging facility continued to rise, Beaver Borough made the difficult decision to close the pool.
In an effort to revitalize the free-standing pool house and continue serving the community, Beaver Borough and its residents came together to refurbish the historic structure. The renewed Beaver Pool House now serves as a vibrant event space for celebrations, meetings, and community gatherings—preserving the spirit of togetherness that has defined it for more than a century.
